It's getting easier?
After my 2 hour lesson this week my head didn't hurt quite as much.
I know I'm very bad at tones, both listening and talking.
On the good side, I feel I'm getting a grasp of some vocabulary, although it may take me a little while to drag each word out of my memory. When I listen to a sentence in Chinese, I need to remember all the sounds and then play them back in my haed slowly to translate them. So anyhting longer than my short term memory (about 7 or eight syllables) is tricky.
