Menu
This evening's menu.
- marinaded fish with ginger (hot) [unusual, normally meat]
- mixture of lotus root, carrot, something made from pigs intestine (I think), nuts (cold) [served most evenings]
- courgette, unnamed veg, egg, onion in gravy-like suce (hot)
- brocolli relative, highly spiced (cold)
- large white folded dough dumplings (cold)
- tofu slices in mild gravy (hot)
- 1"x6" cylinders of thing which looks like sugar cane, tastes like a slightly sweet potato
- thin rice porridge
