Street food
Street food is common, especially at night. Anything and everything kebabbed to order.
Today for lunch I had somethign which may or may not be called bian-jia (or similar).
Imagine a galette or crepe about 20" across, very thin.
Add an egg and smear it across the whole surface; cook for 20 seconds. Add chopped spring onion, 3 diff sauces, including chilli, then put 2 crispy sheets of pastry(?) inside it and fold it all up.
Delcicious.
